As our Animal and feed Team leader you will be responsible for a team of Feed & Animal Systems experts who help support farmers and industry stakeholders in consistent messages concerning animal health and reproduction and contribute to the adoption of on-farm practice that improves farmer productivity and profitability. As part of the Feed and Animal Systems team you will translate and extend knowledge about best management practices and technologies into messages, useable products and services for farmers and rural professionals nationally.

We need a strategic leader with technical expertise in the whole Farm System to provide creative leadership and propose and manage projects that will lead to on-farm change. Preferably you will have knowledge in animal health and reproduction. An affinity with farmers and rural professionals is a must, as is the ability to translate research into clear, concise messages for our target audience. Experience in project management would be a bonus as would experience in change programmes.

This position is based in either Newstead or Lincoln however we will consider other locations.
