With 25 years supporting the soil nutrient needs of NZ Farmers, no-one is more passionate about delivering optimum pasture performance and return on fertiliser and ruminant nutrient input, than the people at Marsden AGRI. The Company specialises in custom blend fertiliser solutions aligned to each customer’s GPS soil/herbage testing and nutrient budget, servicing farming clients through stores in Central Waikato and Eastern Bay of Plenty.
Due to company growth, Marsden AGRI now wishes to appoint a Senior Sales Consultant to work in the Western Waikato and King Country regions. In this role, you will acquire, grow and maintain farmer clients, provide technical advisory services and supply customised fertiliser solutions.
This is a senior, autonomous role with technical and team support, that provides excellent personal financial rewards, based on a significant base salary and supplemented by target-based rewards.
We will also consider the preference of applicants to be either full-time employees or self-employed.

- Relevant networks within the territory
- Follows environmentally sustainable nutrient management principles
- Excellent relationship building skills
- A willingness to provide honest and sound advice to farmers
- Ability to delve into the technical detail of providing robust solutions, which actually increase profitability.
