Chateau Waimarama is a boutique vineyard and winery located just out of Havelock North, making super premium wines for the global market.
About the role
A rare opportunity has risen for a passionate, dedicated and experienced person to join our small team. The position will be working along side the head winemaker, duties range from fermentation, doing lab analysis, racking, bottling and working in the vineyard. Days of work are Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm with extended hours over vintage period and infrequently on other occasions.
Skills and experience
The successful applicant will have;
Degree's in Viticulture and Oenology.
Winemaking in both red and white wines.
Minimum 3 years Grand Cru winemaking experience.
Speak English fluently
Computer Skills on Excel, Work
Must be able to work unsupervised.
