TEAM LEADER​

We are currently looking for a Team Leader

This is a full time, permanent position and whilst experience in a Team Leader's role is not essential, you must be able to:

• Have the ability to maintain respectful and enduring relationships with people with disabilities, their families, and whanau and wider support networks
• Have experience in supporting people with behaviours that challenge
• Have experience in supporting people with both Intellectual and Physical disabilities
• Demonstrate staff management, leadership and coaching and supervision skills
• Be an effective time manager

• Be able to communicate in a positive, effective, appropriate and timely manner at all levels
• Have financial management skills including accurate record keeping
• Be able to participate in the developing of procedures and protocols

• Ensure policies, procedures and protocols are adhered to where required
• Ensure quality and service safeguards are maintained and enhanced
• Ensure Health and Safety concerns are reviewed as needs are identified

• Participate in the ongoing review and development of service specification and quality systems to enhance the supports provided to those accessing services
• Provide a copy of your Level 3 Health and Wellbeing Certificate or other relevant qualifications
