This is a busy and exciting role in a well-known and trusted brand multinational company. This position manages a team so you will need to lead by example and provide motivation to staff. You will require strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport quickly with people to collect outstanding debts or work out a mutually-beneficial solution based on their circumstances

For this role you will have:

• sound experience in debt collections, ideally three to five years
• staff management experience and strong leadership skills
• working knowledge and understanding of accounting principles
• familiarity and experience with computer based accounting software preferably SAP and OnGuard
• knowledge of Privacy Act and collection processes in New Zealand
• intermediate to Advanced Microsoft excel and computer skills.
