We are currently looking for a ECE qualified and fully certified professional to join our team as a Head Teacher. We are looking for applicants who have a genuine passion for teaching and leadership. As our Head Teacher you will share responsibility for all areas of our centre effectively leading, encouraging and supporting our team of teachers to ensure they deliver a high standard of quality education and care. As a leader you will be supported and mentored in your role by the centre manager and administration team.
We are looking for someone who:
* Has proven leadership and supervision skills
* Has emotional intelligence and well-developed communication skills
* Is naturally enthusiastic, positive and gets a sense of satisfaction from working in ECE
* Is a collaborative team player and great role model
* Has excellent written, verbal and technology skills
* Has an understanding of ECE regulations
