We are looking for an experienced Finance Manager preferably with an FMCG background to lead the Finance function and grow their influence within a busy manufacturing environment. The role reports directly to the Group Commercial Manager but is an important member of the Regional Management team. You will support and work closely with the production and site managers on a day to day basis providing financial rigour, cost control, robust analysis and interpretation of financial/management information. Your strong systems experience will allow you to actively participate in enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of the company's business, financial and management systems whilst maintaining appropriate internal controls & data integrity. You will need to ensure accurate and comprehensive accounting records are maintained in order to satisfy all company, statutory and quality requirements/standards. The person we seek must be pro-active with an inquisitive approach, have strong leadership skills, exceptional interpersonal and communication skills and be competent in using Microsoft Excel to an advanced level.
