Reporting directly to the Director you will have a background in tertiary education and demonstrated people management experience. A natural organiser you are solution focused and aware of the big picture.  Although working knowledge of the hair/beauty industry is an advantage we would love to hear from tertiary education stars.

Knowledge, Experience and Skills Required: The position holder will have:

• A tertiary qualification in an appropriate discipline or equivalent experience
• Knowledge and/or understanding of policy and government processes
• Knowledge of tertiary education
• Strategic thinking skills
• Ability to facilitate change
• Ability to meet deadlines
• Relationship management skills

Key responsibilities:

• Lead, manage and support the academy team
• Management of daily operations of the academy
• Management of compliance & funding mechanisms
• Meet internal & external KPI’s & EPI’s and reporting requirements
• Ensuring high quality teaching and delivery of programmes
• Maintain consistency
