The Role
In this newly created role you will be working closely with the Director. You will:
- Support the Director
- Manage and organize sales support tasks
- Educate customers about their services - offer solutions
- Build long term relationships with customers
- Assist with project work
- Ad hoc administration duties
Skills & Experience
To be successful in this role you will be someone who is able to get just as passionate and motivated about the business as the rest of the team. You will:
- Have an administration background
- Have excellent written and verbal communication
- Be adaptable and a real problem solver
- Have passion, drive and ambition
- Ideal but not essential is knowledge or background in finance, investment or insurance e.g. worked in a bank, however attitude and drive is more important
