About The Role
We have an exciting new opportunity for a Credit Assessor to join our Auckland team full-time.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys credit assessment, administration and dealing with customers and an opportunity to be part of a growing, talented and amazing team with a company that truly values its employees.
Key Responsibilities of this role Include:
- Accurate and timely processing and decisioning of credit applications
- Credit assessment processing for potential and existing customers
- Providing application recommendations in accordance with the Credit Policy
- Providing Credit related information and advice to Fleetcor Staff, applicants and customers as and when required
- Merchant application processing
- Daily, Weekly and Monthly Reports within prescribed SLA's
- Managing and resolving escalations
- Continuous Improvement and working cross functionally across business to achieve improvements
About You
You will be a team oriented, systems savvy self starter with at least 2 years Contact Center, Data processing and/or Credit Assessment experience.
Additionally you will have:
- Proficiency in MS Office Suites - Particularly with Excel
- Experience navigating multiple systems while interacting with customers
- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize
- Ability to work under pressure, solve problems and follow processes
- A proven track record of strong customer service ethos
- Advanced written and oral communication skills
