About The Role

We have an exciting new opportunity for a Credit Assessor to join our Auckland team full-time.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys credit assessment, administration and dealing with customers and an opportunity to be part of a growing, talented and amazing team with a company that truly values its employees.

Key Responsibilities of this role Include:

  • Accurate and timely processing and decisioning of credit applications
  • Credit assessment processing for potential and existing customers
  • Providing application recommendations in accordance with the Credit Policy
  • Providing Credit related information and advice to Fleetcor Staff, applicants and customers as and when required
  • Merchant application processing
  • Daily, Weekly and Monthly Reports within prescribed SLA's
  • Managing and resolving escalations
  • Continuous Improvement and working cross functionally across business to achieve improvements


About You

You will be a team oriented, systems savvy self starter with at least 2 years Contact Center, Data processing and/or Credit Assessment experience.

Additionally you will have:

  • Proficiency in MS Office Suites - Particularly with Excel
  • Experience navigating multiple systems while interacting with customers
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize
  • Ability to work under pressure, solve problems and follow processes
  • A proven track record of strong customer service ethos
  • Advanced written and oral communication skills
