About the role
You'll be working on complex compliance requirements to get this financial services organisation aligned with new regulations including GDPR.
As the Business Analyst you will map the current state, assess regulation, document, recommend and implement a solution for the business.
You will:
- Work as part of a cross-functional team to define and implement improvements
- Understand and document current and future states
- Recommend processes for business change to align with new regulation
- Engage with stakeholders across the business to understand and communicate change
- Liaise with relevant governing bodies where needed
You will need:
- The ability to understand complex compliance regulations
- Proven experience delivering projects with extensive process change
- Ideally have knowledge of financial industry regulatory environments e.g FATCA or AML.
- GDPR experience would be a huge bonus
