As a Client Services Executive you'll be at the heart of our consumer business as the first point of contact for all new customer enquiries for our international payments and foreign exchange services.

As part of our busy client services team, you will ensure a first class customer experience assisting private clients from initial contact and enquiry (via phone or email) through to account registration, on-boarding and first transaction. We pride ourselves on delivering a great customer experience for each and every customer.  

Skills and Experience

-         A Japanese speaker would be desirable

·         You will have previous experience within an inbound sales or client services role

·         Excellent client relationship building, communication and inter-personal skills (primarily phone based)

·         You're a team player with a total commitment to delivering outstanding customer excellence

·         Previous experience within a fin-tech, financial services, banking or tech business is desirable

·         A keen interest in the financial markets is desirable
