Client Details
Part of a larger group of businesses across ANZ, our client are a growing medium-sized business whose products service both the commercial and consumer market sectors. Managing their end-to-end supply chain, they’re looking for a driven and hands on leader to optimise and improve on their current systems and processes. Responsible for S&OP, warehousing, and likely to pick up supplier relationship management, they’re looking for someone who can also add value to their senior leadership team.
Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership of the S&OP process, as well as the hands on monthly demand and supply planning with a view to make this more commercially driven
- Management, improvement and development of the warehousing team, including a Warehouse Supervisor
- Supplier relationship management and some purchasing
- Inventory optimisation including process controls, variance and DIFOT improvement
Profile
You Will:
- Have managed S&OP and/or demand planning, as well as having led warehousing teams previously
- Have a strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain, process improvement and optimisation
- Have strong leadership and people development skills, being able to hit the ground running and able to contribute to the wider business
- Have exceptional communication skills, along with prior ERP experience
