Reporting to the Southern Rregion Operations Manager, the Team Leader, Records Management & Data Management will be responsible for leading, coaching and motivating a team of Information and Data Management Specialist to deliver exceptional customer service for all of our internal and external Iron Mountain customers.

This role also works very closely with the SRP Manager, Service Delivery Teams, Team Leaders (your peers), to ensure continuous improvement of the area you are responsible with, and a strong focus on customer service excellence.  

Some of the responsibility the successful candidate will be responsible for are as follows: 

Health, Safety & Security

  • Understanding IMTN’s Health and Safety Policy’s and procedures contained within the IM Safe Online system.
  • Successful completion of forms contained within the IM Safe Online system as and when required, and in line with the RISK Planner, Life Saving Essentials, and IM Protected systems.
  • Accountable for the safety of yourself the people you work with.
  • Successful navigation of RISK Point (IMTN’s source of safety and security processes and procedures), and Incident Report system (Origami) and its procedures.
  • In conjunction with the SRP, keeping customer information secure during storage, picking, dispatching and refilling.

People Management

  • Managing people and projects that directly effect your team
  • Managing conflict within your team
  • Promoting Teamwork and inclusion to ensure the overall success and wellbeing of the RM and DM teams.
  • Provide you and your team the resources and ability to train and develop.
