Known for their unerring commitment to innovation and quality, they are seeking an experienced Procurement Manager to drive Continuous Improvement and instil a Best Practice procurement mindset in the business.

You are an experienced procurement professional able to demonstrate exceptional communication and influencing skills and the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels. Driven to succeed you will have a technical affinity and will ideally have worked in an engineering (or similar) business.

Your focus will be to engage with suppliers to improve relationships and performance; introduce/implement/improve processes, systems and procedures; source new suppliers and carry out a review of past procurement performance and implement measures to improve future procurement performance.

Initially a 6-month contract (with the potential to extend), you will be provided with the opportunity to make your mark on an incredible NZ business by driving their procurement and supplier relationship management to optimal performance levels.
