Established in 2006, Community Financial Services (CFS) is a New Zealand owned and operated business, providing tailored and customer centric lending solutions to their customers.
CFS and their sister company Enterprise Motor Group boast a fantastic company culture where their employees and customers are genuinely valued. Due to the growth of the business, an exciting opportunity exists for a Customer Conversion Manager to join the Lending Team.
About the role
This newly created role is critical to our continued success. You will work closely with our customers and dealers to help facilitate and drive the sales and lending process by supplying succinct information and recommendations to the lending team to increase the companies rate of conversion from application to final decision.
Key responsibilities are:
- Fast and proactive communication with customers with the aim of collecting all required information for the finance application.
- Completing and reviewing all required checks and gather any additional required information in order to provide lenders with deals that are 'decision ready'.
- Be the pivotal point of contact between the lenders and the sales team/dealers/customers, ensuring on-going communication flow and follow up until the deal is closed.

Skills and experience
Do you have:
- Strong customer service background (motor vehicle industry preferred)
- An indepth understanding of lending guidelines and procedures
- A passion for sales and the ability to negotiate
