We are looking for a Factory Assembler to join a busy blinds manufacturing team in East Tamaki.
The Role:
Creating and assembling roller blinds. You will be measuring and cutting fabrics, using small tools to assemble and measuring out parts to spec. You will also be involved in the quality checks and product packing. Full training is provided.
We are looking for someone with the following attributes:
* Accurate with numbers and measurements
* Reliable
* Available immediately is a bonus
* Any previous labouring experience and/or hand tools experience is a bonus
Hours will be 6AM - 2:30PM PM, Monday to Friday. Saturday shift is 5AM-1:30PM - MUST be available to work up until 6PM for overtime, which is available most of the time.
Hourly rate is $17 plus holiday pay.
This is an ongoing temporary role with an immediate start.
