- Looking for a senior change advocate
An exciting 6 month maternity cover opportunity is now available for a Change Practice Lead in Transformation, contributing to the development and execution of the Enterprise Change strategy.
Working with the all of the business units at IAG, this role will be responsible for embedding the way we do change at IAG NZ and building our change culture across all levels of the organization.
We're looking for an individual with a strong change background who is able deliver the plan to embed an effective change practice and coach business leaders and SMEs across the organisation to lead through change with confidence. You will help drive great change experiences for our people and ensure the impact and outcome of changes implemented are measurable.
With strong stakeholder management experience, you will also build a network of change advocates across IAG who have the skills, tools, confidence and comfort to have great conversations about change.

To be successful in the role you will have:
- Proven senior experience in change management: leading a change management practice and/or business change effort;
- Autonomy and initiative in delivery of agreed business outcomes;
- Ability to build effective relationships with, and influence, key stakeholders at executive and senior level;
- Proven ability to coach and support senior leaders; and
- Ability to lead, manage and successfully balance multiple complex issues or conflicting priorities
Acting as a Subject Matter Expert in integrating an overall organisational approach to managing change, you will ideally have a background in change management and some experience with coaching.
