An exciting opportunity to join a fast growing business which is a leading operator in the healthcare and wellness industry. This very commercial, newly- created role requires superior business performance analytics and excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) to present to the CEO and the Board with confidence; and to talk through business cases and briefing papers. You will be at ease discussing, in-depth, business trends, financial models, the interpretation of data, complex analysis around business activities, contracts, operational and process improvement, revenue analyses, and profitability trends. 
  
Most significantly, you will be working closely with the CEO, who is an inspirational and well-respected leader. You will present business cases or briefing papers for potential acquisitions and expansion plans for existing joint ventures; and present options for the CEO to consider. This is an opportunity to utilise your creative strategic initiative and commercial nous to identify and recommend areas for business growth, that will achieve a long-term goal or vision.
  
Skills and experience required:

• Tertiary qualification in business, finance, or accounting subjects that point to exceptional numerical ability
• Confidence in your ability to present in front of a Board
• Significant data analysis and data mining experience, modelling & financial analysis experience, with the ability to transform large data sets into meaningful insights, data visualisations & recommendations
• Business performance measurement & reporting experience
• Advanced Microsoft Office applications and Business Intelligence tools
• Exceptional interpersonal, written communication & presentation skills
• Ability to work independently and to manage multiple projects
