Senior Business Analyst

The role requires an experienced Business Analysis professional, to wrork predominantly in the pre-projects space, defining high level requirements, contributing to business cases by determining the business needs first, and understanding solution options and presenting them in a meaningful way. You will also own the end to end release of minor releases, consulting with the business to understand which intiatives require full project support and those that can have a more light touch approach, priotritizing those intiatives and ensuring successful delivery of the smaller pieces.

The ideal candidate for this role will be an experienced facilitator, able to coinfiedently illicit requirements, analyse and document the information gathered and understand the true need of the customer. You will have a range of tools in your toolbox, able to utilize the appropriate and necessary approaches where required, in a fit for purpose way. You will be a strong adovcate for change that supports a business need, be flexible, personable and build strong relationships with the bsuienss
