The Role.
Reporting to Jason Kennedy, GM Sales Strategy & On The Go, you will lead key strategic ‘big bet’ initiatives aimed at ensuring the sales business remains well positioned to continue delivering against business growth targets in today’s rapidly changing consumer, environmental and social landscape. Of course we have scoped some key projects that you will need to jump into, but in addition to these existing scoped projects you will identify and provide direction for new opportunities that will deliver exceptional business growth!


What do I need?
You will need to have strong commercial and project management skills with a big thinking mindset to shape our strategic direction. Having strong change agent experience is a must, being able to simplify the complex to bring everyone on the change journey and demonstrating your proven ability to influence key stakeholders to gain commitment or decision.  Your innate ability to turn data into insights and insights into strategy will be vital to translate new information to business implications. Most importantly you will have a strong alignment to our vision and values – take the lead, keep it real and stand together. If you've got all of that, let's talk.
