We have a great opportunity for an experienced Change Lead to join our team and play an integral part of the successful delivery of two large, complex, transformational projects. The HRWO Implementation Project - a large complex policy project which affects the use of land for farming in the Waikato Region, and Project Reboot - an internally focused project seeking to adopt new processes and ways of working across council, alongside the implementation of a new corporate software solution.
We are looking for an influential and resilient individual with a passion for enabling organisational change to take up this challenge. The role requires exceptional organisational and people skills. Your proven ability to exercise judgement, and succeed in complex, sensitive environments coupled with the tangible delivery of project elements will be essential for this role. Exposure and experience operating in a government environment is not a must but extremely desirable.
To be considered for this role, it is anticipated that you will have tertiary qualifications and proven experience of being successful in similar change leadership roles, preferably in a project environment. Certification in change management frameworks would be advantageous.
The role is offered as a full time, fixed term role up until 30th June 2020.
