Our awesome market intelligence team is expanding, and we need someone who is naturally curious, excited about helping businesses grow, and thinks outside the square.
Most of the market intelligence work is based on desktop research, so you need to have a good understanding of where to look, what the nuggets might be that build insights, and how to turn those insights into solid discussion points.
We move fast, so you need to be efficient and be okay with taking a brief and running with it. You'll be involved with clients, talking through their business issues and our analysis, so you need to be a people-person.

A few details of what we need in terms of key skills and experience
- Advanced knowledge in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint and Excel in particular)
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Advanced report writing skills and data analysis skills – that's what the job is all about
- Attention to detail and accuracy – you need to care about getting it right
- Determined and inquisitive mind – we want you to be interested and curious
- Be able to think critically and show initiative – we really want you to be engaged in client work
- Graduate degree or Post-Grad diploma, or equivalent experience
- Have good project management skills and the ability to self-manage a busy workload
- NZ residency is required as the job is based in our Freemans Bay, Auckland office (opposite New World Victoria Park)
- Ideally a background in business or an interest in technology
