The Contractor Services team are looking for an experienced Change Manager who would be flexible with potential part time hours to work on a complex organisational wide project.

This role will require you to support working groups, project plans, create messaging content and support the engagement of the wider organisation. You will need to be able to build trust quickly and effectively to ensure the changes are embedded with minimal disruption.

To be successful in this position you will need to be;

  • Tertiary qualified or have demonstrated experience within Change Management
  • Familiar with project management approaches, tools and phases of the project lifecycle
  • Solid understanding of change delivery methodologies such as AGILE
  • Comfortable working in a unionised environment
  • Demonstrate strong and adaptive engagement capabilities across a diverse range of stakeholders
  • Adept at working collaboratively across an organisation
