An opportunity to work in a varied and dynamic role across multiple business groups within the organisation. Leading the various change initiatives for a large and complex programme, you will be:

• Conducting stakeholder and impact assessments
• Working collaboratively with representatives of the business to develop change/comms strategies and plans
• Managing the impacts and outcomes and changes to processes, people and technology

Successful candidates will have:

• Strong stakeholder management skills. Ability to engage and influence stakeholders across a wide range of teams and levels
• Previous experience within a large complex business in a change management capacity
• Experience applying change management frameworks and techniques
