The role:
An exciting career opportunity has arisen within McNeill Drilling & Piling for a highly motivated and driven individual to join our Drilling team in the position of offsider based from our Invercargill branch.
This is an entry level role as an assistant to the driller. The right candidate will have the opportunity to gain nationally recognised drilling qualifications and begin their career pathway.
The person:
The successful applicant will need to display the following:
- A full driver's license to Class 2 is essential
- Flexibility to travel and work away from home
- Welding skills preferred but not essential
- A focused attitude toward achieving results & working in a team environment
- Hold H&S in high regard
- Be physically fit
- Site Safe Certificate and First Aid are a bonus but will be supplied if not held
McNeill are a Drug & Alcohol-free company and a pre-employment medical will be required to be passed before you will be employed.
