The role that we are looking to fill is a FULL TIME TEMPORARY Project role and will require you to be available for an August start.

The person we are seeking will have a high level of integrity and confidentiality. You will establish strong internal relationships so your high level of interpersonal and communication skills will be essential.

The main function you will provide is to negotiate the acquisition of goods and services required for Company activities at optimum cost, in compliance with Company procedures and consistent with standards of quality and delivery.

Some of the duties you and your team are involved in:

• Process incoming demands for goods and services including raising purchase orders, expediting and close out.

• Provide support to the contractor engagement process.

• Assist in the management and administration of labour & supply contracts.

• Assist with dispute resolution including invoice discrepancies.

• Ensure systems are updated to reflect any changes within spend categories.

• Maintain professional working internal and external relationships with all stakeholders such as Vendor Sponsors, Vendor key contacts, customers and suppliers.

• Ensure that all procurement and contractual activities are handled in a professional and ethical manner and that confidentiality of commercial information is maintained at all times.

• Assist in the development of systems and procedures to support the procurement function.
