An exciting opportunity is available for a highly capable and suitably qualified person to join the Unison team in the role of Asset Reliability Analyst, based at their Hastings Head Office.
Reporting to the Asset Strategy and Integration Manager, you will support Unison’s Asset Specialists through the provision of current, relevant and accurate asset reliability analysis and information. You will extract data from various sources and provide analysis in order to identify asset specific trends and provide reporting and insights to the relevant Asset Specialist. This in turn will enable the Asset Specialists to make informed, risk based, asset renewal and maintenance decisions.
This newly created role with suit someone with an inquisitive and analytical mindset. You will enjoy working with a highly competent team, contributing in a proactive manner, adding value through your excellent interpersonal and analytical skills.
Key skills, experience and attributes required for this role include:
- Possess relevant analytical experience, ideally in large, complex environments
- Advanced data extraction and manipulation skills – MS Excel, databases, etc
- Be proactive and positive in you approach, with a “self-help” mindset
- An effective communicator, excellent interpersonal skills
- A team player; sets and maintains high professional standards
- Possess a relevant tertiary qualification
You may already be a Reliability Engineer / Analyst in a comparable infrastructure-based organisation. Or, you be someone with excellent analytical skills, with the positive attitude, proactive approach and communication skills required to be successful in this key position.
