WANTED- One super dynamic hands on person to supervise the daily running of our checkouts and customer service departments.
This person would be responsible for a range of duties including checkouts, click and collect/delivery service, tool repair service, returns, customer enquires and other tasks as required.
This position requires a hands on, fast thinking person who can work under pressure when required and step up to the mark when decision making is needed.
You will need to have great people skills, be able to handle challenging situations when needed, put process into practise along with reliability, honesty, a top notch work ethic and a super team member.
