  • Be the leader of a very professional team.
  • Stock management.
  • Visual merchandising of the store.
  • Goods inward and outwards.
  • Training and coaching of the staff.
  • Recruitment of store staff.
  • Provide top quality customer service.
  • Sell and promote the brands clothes and styles.
  • Profitability of the store.

About you

  • The right candidate will be energetic with a winning attitude!
  • Has experience in retail management, men clothing experience is a bonus.
  • Confident in leading a team to success.
  • Good knowledge around sales, profit management, roster of a retail store.
  • Eye for detail and maintain tidy representation of the brands merchandise.
  • Be an absolute customer superstar.
  • Have experience is coaching training sales and customer service staff.
  • Be a quick thinker, decision maker.
  • Work independently.
  • Self motivated and be able to inspire the team.
  • Be able to deal with high stock volumes and deliveries.
