red rat clothing is an urban street wear retail store with a unique twist. We sell International brands including Nike, Converse, Adidas and other recognized labels. We also have a popular range of adults and children's wear in our own labels.
In addition to paying cash, we offer our customers an affordable option of opening a red rat EZ-Pay customer account. Our customers are able to shop on credit in any one of our 12 stores nationwide, through our telesales team or on our website www.redrat.co.nz and pay off the account in weekly installments.
The store manager is responsible for achieving store KPI including sales, sign ups and field visits by :
- Managing a team of 6-7 staff
- Ensuring store presentation and merchandising standards are maintained at a high level.
- Ensuring the store crew provides good customer service satisfaction and build good client relationships.
- Co-ordinate and participate in external drives and FVRs to promote red rat and support ledger growth.
- Create and manage plan for developing business to support database growth objectives.
- Administration duties including maintaining rosters within wage percentage and various weekly branch reports
- Responsibility of managing stock and cash, including visual merchandising, managing the stock lifecycles process and stock integrity.
- Responsible for HR functions including recruitment, training, health and safety and also performance feedback and management when required.
- Motivate and inspire the team and also lead from the front ensuring your own individual KPI are met
- Set a leadership example by demonstrating commitment and passion in all work habits.
- Establish and maintains positive working relationships and builds a strong teamwork environment.
We are looking for an experienced manager who is able to hit the ground running! We want someone who is hungry for success and someone who can get the best out of their team. You will need to have a full drivers license to be considered for this role (or be able to apply for a full license).
