About the role:
You'll actively support our customers using our payroll services, and work as a close knit team to deliver quality solutions specific to their needs. This is a role that requires exceptional communication skills as you'll be mainly working with clients via email and telephone calls.
 
About you:
This role is suited to an individual with experience in administration and customer service. You might be a recent graduate, or you may be returning to the work force after taking time off.
 
Our ideal candidate has a positive attitude and enjoys working as a part of a larger team. Someone who uses initiative, self-learning and logic to work through issues will suit this environment.
 
Our ideal candidate:
  • Experience in payroll - which would be beneficial, but not essential.
  • Highly organised and strong numerical skills.
  • Have excellent communication skills – written and spoken.
  • Understand the importance of delivering brilliant customer service
  • Nothing is too much trouble, a can do attitude.
  • Calm under pressure – payroll can be stressful.
  • Computer literate (word, excel, email etc.)
  • Ability to adapt and learn our system as well as the necessary payroll legislation.
This role may suit
  • A recent graduate.
  • Someone who has very strong administration experience and customer service experience.
  • An intelligent person who is considering returning to the work force after taking a couple of years off to start a family.
