- Review, analyse and improve satisfaction survey results
- 3-month temporary role starting immediately
- Wellington CBD location, lovely corporate offices
My client needs a specialist temp to come on-board for three months and assist with reviewing satisfaction survey results – this will see you review the survey data via Survey Monkey, analyse and then prepare a report on key trends/finding in a meaningful way to the organisation.
From there your knowledge and previous experience developing satisfaction surveys will be useful. Your recommendations will assist the organisation to build a stronger and more valuable survey that can be used in future.
To be considered for this role you will offer the following:
- Proven experience in reviewing and analysing data from satisfaction surveys
- Collating trends and reporting on key findings
- Ability to provide recommendations and offer support around developing a new survey for future use
- Survey Monkey knowledge desirable
There may be the possibility that this assignment is extended further to help with the improvement of other forms and surveys within the organisation.
