The incumbent of the past 8 years is now the Trans-Tasman GM of Marketing and will be passing the mantle on to a new senior marketer to bring a fresh DX and CX focus to the role.
  
About the role:
Reporting to the GM Operations for Lumino, with a dotted line to the Trans-Tasman GM Marketing, you’ll be responsible for making it easy for New Zealanders to choose Lumino. You will drive the direction and performance of the Lumino brand through the development of branded retail marketing strategies, predominantly digital, relevant brand positioning, use of data and analytics and effective ROI.
  
Leading a small team of specialists, you’ll be responsible for:

• Developing the overarching Lumino marketing strategy, with a strong emphasis on digital, to drive preference and retention
• Managing the delivery of the 12-month campaign activity plan
• Developing clear ROI targets and tools across all marketing channels
• Responsible for the marketing P+L budget for Lumino, and reporting
• Agency management

  
About you:
We are seeking a superstar with evidence of the following:

• 10+ years senior consumer/retail marketing experience, with strong and proven ability and nous in Digital Marketing strategy
• Exceptional analytic and strategic skills
• Creative thinking
• Commercially astute with the ability to work in a matrixed organisation
• Strong leadership and management experience, with the ability to build high performing marketing teams
• Degree qualified
