The opportunity has arisen for a technically strong managerial professional with sound (current or recent) NZCA experience to join our client's team in Auckland.
The role will suit a self-driven professional with proven track record in managing a wide range of client assignments.
Working closely alongside the partners in the firm, you will use your extensive accounting knowledge, management competencies and ability to delegate and deliver outcomes of the highest professional standards
Previous exposure to sizeable clients and complex engagements, including NZ IFRS reporting will be crucial for your success in this role.
Your strong systems skills and good working knowledge of Xero, MYOB and Microsoft products together with your proven people and client relationship management skills will be essential in this key role.
We are looking for an articulate professional with excellent research skills. Previous team management experience is essential, as this newly created role has a substantial team management aspect.
You will be responsible for reviewing, managing, training and guiding a growing team of professionals at various levels of their career in CA.
Naturally, at this level you will be fully qualified (CA or CPA). Your qualifications and sound academic background will be complemented by a minimum of 5-6 years experience in all aspects of business services.
