We're looking for a Marketing Manager with extraordinary communication skills to join this close-knit and dynamic team and take responsibility for developing, implementing and executing strategic marketing plans and branding across several organisations. 

The Role

• Managing all marketing for the group and activities within the marketing department
• Coordinating marketing campaigns with sales activities
• Promotional events, website management, social media, search engine optimization, marketing collateral
• Analysing the impact and outcomes of marketing activities 
• Overseeing the marketing budget
• Overall responsibility for brand management

Your Profile

• The ability to think strategically and to formulate and communicate effective marketing strategies 
• Ability to manage and lead a strong team
• Outstanding relationship building and stakeholder management skills at all levels
• In depth understanding of digital landscapes, social media and branding strategy
• Confident and dynamic personality
• Full driver’s license
• A collaborative and mature approach to your work – and a sense of fun!

In terms of your background and education, you should have proven marketing experience as well proven experience in leading a team. You must also hold a tertiary qualification in a relevant field and have experience in developing and sustaining productive working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
