We are looking for a dedicated Account Manager to join the ConsumerLink team. The ideal candidate will excel at seeking out opportunities to grow our client base and revenue streams, while delivering an exceptional market research service to our clients.
Essential to this role will be the following skills and attributes:
- A demonstrated ability in project management.
- Ability to multitask, work well under pressure and be flexible.
- High attention to detail.
- Experience in problem solving and ability to develop and evaluate options and implement solutions.
- Effective management of client accounts and delivery.
- Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain effective relationships.
- A good understanding of methods of data collection for qualitative market research.
- Be proactive in identifying opportunities to grow revenue.
Qualifications
You will have a good understanding of the market research industry, mainly Qualitative research. Experience in developing new accounts and managing the process from initial contact to completion is desirable. A demonstrated ability in project management will also be highly regarded.
Candidates should have a relevant tertiary qualification in marketing or market research, and be able to show 4-6 years of relevant experience. Candidates with life experience without tertiary qualification will also be considered.
