We have an exciting opportunity for a strong communicator with polished organisational skills to manage the day to day marketing and brand experiences within the shopping centre. A critical attribute is the ability to communicate and build positive relationships and loyalty with retailers, customers and the community along with a proven background in brand/marketing management.
You would be a highly capable an experienced Marketing Manager, able to oversee, advise, guide, and ultimately take responsibility for the marketing philosophy of a major shopping centre through the execution of research, marketing, financial, administration and public relations working with a nationwide shopping centre marketing team.
Key Responsibilities/Competencies include but are not limited to:
- Preparation and implementation of a comprehensive marketing programme
- Driving content and brand experience delivery for the centre
- Using customer data, insight and measurement to inform plans and decisions
- Influencing business decisions that impact customer/ brand experience
- Researching and delivering sales reports and market analysis
Qualifications/Experience required:
- Tertiary education, ideally with a marketing background
- 5 years' experience in a marketing role, preferably in retail or brand management
- Experience in delivering a comprehensive social media strategy
- Proficient with Wordpress or similar web based CMS
- Experienced in E-Direct marketing, preferably Mail Chimp or Campaign Monitor
- Google Analytics
- Effective project management skills
