Marketing Coordinator
(20 hours per week over 4 - 5 days)

We are seeking an enthusiastic, well organised and pro-active marketer. Working within our small marketing team, you'll help implement the marketing plan to meet TenderLink's strategic objectives.  This is a unique position allowing you to get involved in a diverse range of activities, giving you a great opportunity to further develop your marketing skills. 

The role will be responsible for:

  • Coordinating TenderLink's presence at procurement trade shows and conferences throughout Australia and NZ.
  • Web content maintenance and website statistic reporting
  • Assisting with email promotion campaigns, including content development, email creation and send reporting
  • Assisting with maintaining TenderLink's social media presence
  • Sales collateral development support
  • Data administration tasks supporting sales lead generation

Due to the size of the team, you'll get involved in other activities as your skills, knowledge and confidence develop.

We are looking for someone who is:

  • An autonomous self-starter who looks to get involved
  • Curious and analytical around data

The ideal candidate will have some combination of the following:

  • Marketing experience gained within fast-paced, sales-led commercial environments
  • Events management experience, or similar
  • Digital experience - ideally with web content management systems & email platforms
  • High levels of literacy & numeracy - ideally with some copywriting experience
  • Visual presentation experience with an eye for design
  • Well-honed negotiation  skills
