Our client requires two Senior Communications Advisors to support their organisation through a period of integration and change in the delivery of excellence through communications.
What this role needs is experienced, adaptable, proactive communications professionals. Individuals with a proven ability to slot into an organisation, pick up a new project and commit to deliver success, while equally willing to tackle ad hoc tasks to support the team as required.
Contributing specifically in the areas of change communications and stakeholder engagement plans, the Senior Communications Advisors will assist in the development of communications strategies and plans - both internally and externally. Building excellent relationships with stakeholders and across the organisation to enhance communications is critical, whilst always on the lookout for proactive communications opportunities and risks, and managing these situations to the best advantage of the organisation.
To be successful in this role you will offer:
- At least five years’ experience in communication strategy planning and delivery. Specific experience in the delivery of project, change communications would be an advantage.
- Broad writing skills demonstrated with a range of audiences and channels.
- Proven stakeholder management skills.
- An applied knowledge of digital communication tools.
- A result orientation, someone who can measure results against objectives.
- Energy and a can do, will do attitude.
