Your new company
As the leading supplier in their industry, this is an organisation that is the distributor for some of the industries most well respected brands. We are looking for an outgoing and innovative Marketing Manager to join this already successful team.
Your new role
You will lead a team of hardworking and focused Marketing experts as well as work collaboratively with Senior Management to develop and implement the marketing strategies in order to meet and exceed future objectives.
- Manage the Marketing budget within company guidelines
- Analyse market trends and advise on strategies
- Build and drive revenue growth through digital channels
- Monthly reporting and sales analysis
What you'll need to succeed
Your previous experience in a senior Marketing Management position will ensure your success, as will:
- Great people skills and the ability to communicate with all levels of the business
- Proven ability to lead and develop a team
- A modern approach to developing, maintaining and delivering on marketing strategies
- A creative flair
- A strong understanding of customer and market dynamics
