About the Role:
A 12 month fixed term contract to ensure the balance of growth objectives, profit targets, values leadership and strategic retail finance.
- Development and execution of a strategic marketing plan to drive profitable new customer acquisition across cards.
- Provide leadership, coaching and management to the team to ensure performance, development and retention
- Lead and drive strong marketing engagement with our key partners.
- Develop and implement brand and communications strategy and management of our credit card brands within budget and business model constraints
- Develop a strong data driven insights programme to drive an effective customer acquisition and retention programme to ensure the best possible customer experience

- A wealth of through-the-line marketing experience, particularly within digital channels and developing strategies to execute acquisition and utilisation campaigns.
- Strong commercial acumen and the ability to use customer and data insights to drive effective customer value propositions and campaigns.
- Experience of MarTech solutions, previous experience in B2B and D2C marketing, and have experience in the financial services industry, in particular, retail finance.
