An amazing opportunity exists for an administrative professional with some exposure to marketing support. This position is a 12-month fixed term contract and has an immediate start. If you are happy to “roll up your sleeves” and cover a broad range of admin duties including marketing support then we want to hear from you!
About the role
- Office administration & reception duties
- Organise travel & accommodation
- Take meeting minutes/generate reports
- Format presentations/proposals
- Support marketing plans/coordinate media publications
- Manage website content & social media strategy
- Facilitate & distribute marketing collateral
- Manage sponsorship activates
- General admin support to the wider team
Skills and experience
- Previous administration experience (2-3 years)
- A marketing qualification is an advantage
- Advanced computer skills (word, excel, powerpoint)
- Excellent communication & organisational skills
- High initiative, “can-do, will do” approach
- Team player who is positive and conscientious
