We are seeking to employ three casual household staff members who can consistently provide high-quality, customer-focused, cleaning and household services.

Please note there are no fixed hours associated with casual employment. Ideally you will have the flexibility to work across morning, day and evening shifts of varying lengths, to cover staff leave and illness, sometimes at short notice. Some forward planning and scheduling will be available to cover planned leave.

In this role you will undertake a range of cleaning and household duties in wards and departments at Nelson hospital, as well as at various locations around the district.

Previous commercial cleaning is preferred, however extensive training is provided.

Appointment and ongoing employment will be conditional upon criminal record/police checks. This may include checks under the Vulnerable Children Act 2014.
