Coastal Electronics Ltd is authorised service provider for major brands such as Samsung, Sony, Panasonic, LG, Sharp, Brother, EPSON, Pioneer, HP onsite etc.

We require two full time TV/AV Technician to join our team in Wellington &  Palmerston North branch.

To be considered for either of these positions, you must demonstrate:

• Previous experience as a Service Technician servicing Brown Ware, including TV, AV, Audio, AMP, Home Theatre.
• Experience with component Level repair products listed as above.
• Previous experience as a Service Technician servicing white Ware including Refrigeration, Washing Machine, Dishwasher and Dryer, Cooktop.
• Excellent communication skills in both oral and written English 
• Excellent customer service skills
• "Can do" attitude and self motivated 
• Team player and Ability to work as an integral part of a team
• Eye for detail: be able to record all relevant information on our job tracking system accurately
• Be organized and flexible with the ability to approach different types of tasks.
• Being able to priorities and work under pressure is essential.
• Ability to handle a high volume of internal and inbound requests
• Ability to problem solve and conduct complex troubleshooting tasks
• All applicants must have a clean drivers license
• Honest and reliable in all facets of your work

Optional qualifications / skills that would be advantages, but are not essential:

• ESTA certified technician
• Electronic Engineer/ Refrigeration related Qualifications
• Gas refilling skills and experience for Refrigeration
