Funciones

The primary responsibility for this position is to oversee marketing strategies for different programs to drive revenue, increase engagement, and lead a team that will execute marketing actions across all communication channels. The marketing manager will use first party data to better strategize, create, target and measure customized consumer experiences that drive loyalty and customer value. This position requires good organization skills and the ability to handle many projects simultaneously to meet deadlines. He/She must work with many individuals across the company as well as with outside partners. Key Action Areas: • Develop customer-centered strategies and actionable roadmaps that fit into the Customer journey landscape to drive marketing conversion. • Lead a team that will be activating the aforementioned strategies coordinate with various internal and external stakeholders and have the ability to coordinate several projects in parallel at various stages of development. • Maintain comprehensive and coherent end-to-end customer journey maps that incorporate customer interactions, experiences and opinions. • Learn and operate using an Omni channel approach to develop and execute nurturing marketing campaigns. • Ability to understand the target market and client write creative briefs and manage creative and campaign set up processes, all in close coordination with external creative partners. • Strong focus on tracking activity/results of campaigns, to determine effectiveness and to use as a foundation for recommendations for future improvements. • Coordinate various types of events and activities as part of comprehensive trigger marketing campaigns, as well as to ensure the customer experience across the entire journey. • Implement content across all marketing channels.
