-Administrative equivalent work experience preferably in an HR/Recruiting environment

-Proficiency reading/writing/speaking English and Spanish
-Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office programs: emphasis on Excel

Funciones
The role will be to provide support to the recruiting team throughout the different steps of the recruiting process and follow-up applications. Among other areas, the job will involve: screening incoming resumes, handling correspondence/contacts with candidates, updating and maintaining the recruiting database, organizing and ensuring logistics of the recruiting processes, assisting in the coordination of local campus recruiting efforts and events. Duties & Responsibilities: Work closely with Recruiting Coordinator to support with: -Recruiting processes and follow-up applications (from incoming resumes and screening to decision and conversion) -Handling correspondence/contacts with candidates. -Updating and maintaining the recruiting database for tracking and analyses generated reports -Ensuring organization and logistics for the recruiting processes. -Assisting in coordination of local campus recruiting efforts, attending local recruiting events as necessary and maintaining event database.
