Funciones

are looking for a Senior HRBP with high level of English for a multinational company in pharma sector. The ideal candidate will provide guidance and daily support to management on all human resources activities, about all in Trade Union business. Descripción de la oferta Reporting to the HR Director in Information & Tech Solutions, the candidate will have the follow responsabilitis: - Provide HR consulting expertise to all levels of management and employees. - Consult with employees and managers to address root causes of issues and resolve through a systematic and analytical approach. Oversee Employee Relations, negotiations, understands to deal with works councils and Union representatives - Guide, train and direct management on the execution of HR policies and processes to ensure appropriate legal and corporate compliance. - Analyzes KPIs within the client organization in turnover, hiring, promotions, and separations to determine support or action needed to adjust unfavorable trends. Advises management on appropriate resolution of employee relations issues. - Responds to management and employee inquiries regarding policies, procedures, and programs. - Assists with the implementation of HR plans that are effective in addressing organization issues and consistent with business goals. - Aligning global business strategies to HR strategies and initiatives, diagnosing business challenges, exploring alternative solutions and recommending best-fit solutions. - Build, oversees and manages HR Budget in close collaboration with the Finance department. Perfil del candidato Minimum of 10 years HR Business Partner experience, including international environments and experience in negotiation of collective agreements. Fluent in English language.
