Funciones
Page Grou its recruiting for an important International Company, 2 assisstence Coordinators who will do following functions: - attending inbound calls from customers - handling and management of the assisstance files, coordination with external providers, cost management... - Development of quires and calls in order to measure the provided service quality - Administrative tasks

- Essential fluent Danish - Experience in customer´s service areas, specially within the travel and/or insurance industry - Desirable spanich or english fluent level

- opportunity of work in an important international company - Work from monday to friday 8:00-16:00 or 16:00-23:00 - Salary: 19.000€/year + 9%variable + pluses. TOTAL: 24.000€ - Location: Alcobendas, Madrid
