They have their shared service centre in Barcelona, where they need a new Office Manager that could help them with their daily management. As an Office Manager, your responsibilities include: - Being responsible for 300 employees located in Madrid and Barcelona - Planning flights - Organizing travels - Sustaining relationships with providers - Buying office supply - Being in charge of credit cards of the company - Finding solutions for the daily operational activities at the office
